About the event
Join us in celebrating the season of lavender and blueberries in Celtic style! We will be hosting the San Francisco Scottish Fiddlers as well as the Border Highlanders! We’ll also have a special presentation by dancers from the prestigious Rince na Gra School of Irish Dance.
The afternoon will be filled with hands-on workshops, vendors, lawn games, farm tours, horseback riding and food! The kids will love the train rides, face painting, and searching for their special pin in our Christmas tree field! Workshops are drop-in so feel free to register for as many as you would like-- come by any time and take part!

Join Meadowlark Heritage Farm booth for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn to felt our creamy lavender goat milk soaps using our farm’s own alpaca fiber. Join Lynn Koenig for a guided acrylic lavender painting workshop that is simple and fun. All supplies are included. Paintings will be done on a 5x7 card. Explore the season of lavender with Annette Brusven, from Spring Valley Family Farm. We will be making a lavender wand which is a whimsical way to preserve the lovely smell of the lavender flower. Once the blooms are enclosed, they are safe to toss in a linen drawer or add fragrance to any space. The scent can last for years and easily refreshed with a drop of essential oil.
